Too loose

The fit of the bedsheet is too loose despite giving customised measurements. I had asked for a 7inch pocket depth but the one i got has around 10. So i guess the sheet is not actually customised.
Fabric is good.
The 'pastle dreams' design is stiched wrong, the design was supposed to be vertical but it's stiched horizontally for both sheet and the pillow cases.
